The fundamentals of grassroots program are bound by relationships, team spirit, and fun while learning football. The concept of learning through play while being guided by a coach-educator is a specific approach designed to reach out to the young and create a process to connect to the future.

The program runs in slots of two sessions per week with a duration of 75 minutes per session as follows:
The Development Program provides players with a fun, energetic and competitive environment focused on individual player development while learning the Sreenidhi Football Club style of play.
The focus is to learn, practice, and transpose the technical skills to master the games. The principles of the game improves the players’ perspective of reading the game, practice the collective technique on the ball. The additional physical training devoted specifically to develop aerobic capacity, speed, and exercises for coordination, movement, agility, and strength makes the training program complete.
